About Innovation Broking

Innovation Broking is an independent insurance broker for mid-market and larger organisations in the UK. Specific divisions are in places for charity & care, tech and general commercial sectors. The business focusses on companies and organisations seeking board level advice on risk management and insurance solutions. Launched in 2008, the business expanded into global insurance placements for general insurance in 2015. The business now employs 26 staff over two locations (City and Watford). Jonathan Taylor joined Innovation as a Head of Charities and Care on 1st June 2018. Jon runs his practice from the London office of Innovation, deliberately close to the key insurers in the sector, whom he can pop in and see on your behalf at any stage. Jonathan worked for Zurich Municipal for 7 years in the Charities and Social Organisations team, managing the insurance program for a range of charities including The Princes Trust, Action for Children, Rethink, Avenues Trust and a number of special school charities. Jonathan enjoys a strong relationship with the National Association of Special Schools (NASS). Innovation are already a preferred supplier of NASS and AMRC, and will be supporting a number of events in 2019. Not for profit involvement is mainly as part of membership organisations within the insurance and more recently the charity sectors. Paul sits on the board and senior committees of TechAssure nad BIBA, and Jon is joining NASS and with Howard joining AMRC, The association of Medical research Charities. Howard is a past Princes Trust mentor.
